It's advisable to book tickets on the day as weather need to be checked for the operation of the cable car, however, tickets are valid for a period of 14 days.

Lion's Head is a mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Lion's Head peaks at 669 metres (2,195 ft) above sea level. The peak forms part of a dramatic backdrop to the city of Cape Town and is part of the Table Mountain National Park.

The aquarium was opened on 13 November 1995 and comprises of seven exhibition galleries with large viewing windows. The enchantment of this particular aquarium is due to its location, in the heart of V&A Waterfront, the most visited venue in Cape Town.

There is the misconception that the Cape of Good Hope at the southern most tip of Africa, is point where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet because it was once believed to be the dividing point between the two.
